What was the highlight of The Naviti Resort

Perfect for families.

The pool is lovely and big enough for everyone. The beach near the village is clear and perfect for snorkeling. Staff are amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms are a good size, if a little tired in patches. Grounds are immaculate.

The food was a bit ordinary. If you didn’t eat at the buffet the grill menu was on the bland side. We had one person with coeliac and they struggled a bit more. Cross contamination was a real concern especially at the buffet and with people using the gluten free toaster for regular toast every day. The recent changes to having kids eat separately and at a specific time make it tricky to eat as a family unless you want to eat early. It’s a resort that’s perfect for families but this also means that it’s often loud and with only one pool, it’s hard to escape the noise especially in the morning.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. Unfortunatley I got sick so spent more time in bed than planned. Having a doctor on site was helpful in my case! Ate from the buffet most nights which was fresh and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Grounds were lush.

Friendly stuff & beautiful gardens

Lacking on a good variety of food to eat from the restaurants. The price from food & drinks are surprisingly expensive. As friends as the stuff are they get distracted easily, the service and wait on food & drinks takes a little while.

Beautiful location. Rooms were nice. Food was great. Staff were helpful and nice.

My room smelled like a dirty gym bag. Our room was not ready at time of check, I’m assuming they rushed cleaned our room in order for it to be ready for us, they must of used an old dirty mop with dirty old mop water. When we walked in our room we were hit with a very nasty smell, it was overwhelming and disgusting. The room itself was clean, everything was in order in the room it just stank something nasty!!! I ordered the all inclusive package but not all was inclusive. I ordered an alcoholic slushy drink at the pool bar for the wife but they told me I had to pay extra for the blue slushy. The liquor was included with my package but they wanted 10 damn dollars for the blue frozen water. I made a little stink and they let me have that one for free so that was ok. But they should include all drinks in an all inclusive package. I also couldn’t order a soda with my breakfast buffet!?!?!? They don’t start serving soda until 10:30am I was told. What kind of stupidness is that??? If a person that is paying lots of money is staying at a resort, please just give them a soda with their meal.

comfy beds, delicious pancakes, hash browns, friendly staff

bacon was always dry, drinks (mixes) were inconsistent (flat fizzy, too strong sometimes, ask for Coke and raspberry and get lemonade and raspberry (four times in a row), need more bar staff, not many dressings with salads.

Service with ground staff is excellent. However the service with reservation is very very bad. I called them and ask for reservation of rooms, but the lady who dealt with told me that no rooms available. But though booing .com I found rooms. and also I wanted to book for three adults and one kid. I called them again after booking though booking. com. then lady was telling that you will have to book two rooms and it is available. I spent unnecessary money due to this. Reservation is very pathetic.

Buffet Breakfast was great, including egg chef. Staff were extremely friendly, many of the facilities were free to use.

Unless you wanted to spend all your time at the resort or on organised tours, the resort does not have easy access to any other facilities, although they do organise shopping trips on occasions

The restaurants are a bit over priced and in the Bamboo Terrace we sat in smoke from the kitchen the whole dinner . Staff as usual were awesome.

We loved everything about it the resort was clean and tidy the food was awesome and the staff were friendly. The rooms are very clean and are always made everyday the staff were very helpful and always made us feel welcome. The facilities were on point. There is awayd something to do.

Go all inclusive. This resort is in the middle of nowhere.

VERY friendly staff. Good and clean.

The feeling of being taken advantage of because we hadn't realised that there were no realistic choices. I paid a lot of money to play your very small golf course . The course was in terrible state and should not sell itself by saying the course was beautifully manicured.

Amazing resort and we will be back for some more FIJI TIME !!!!! VINAKA!

everything was great, food and service and food selection. very impressed. Kids food selections are great. The buffet is amazing. The live entertainment was good too. The non-motorised water sports are FREE, which is good considering other resorts charge extra. There is a cheap souvenir shop onsite, and that is def cheaper than buying from any other place!!! Def comming back to naviti!!!

In the bathroom some silicone seals had mould and comming off, tiles needed to be regrouted- alittle bit of maintenance needed but did not affect-our stay, we saw that they were doing maintenance throughout the resort. -This resort is secluded-far out from anything to do. So we stayed in Nadi for 3 nights and explored the town and then came to naviti resort for the remainder. If you want to explore Fiji, Navitti is farout.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean room but the pool could have been cleaner. Great activities and entertainment within the resort.

Shower in our room was leaking. Pricey ($45-$70) food at the restaurants, for what it was.

Friendly Staff and relaxing environment

Staff at kayak shop were a bit unfriendly. Seems they were not too keen to help when i approached them first so I decided not to go with it. But next day another staff was really helpfull and we enjoyed the kayak experience. But that didnt stop us from enjoying naviti as a overall excellent hotel

Ok for the Peice Paid.

Definitely the location, best sunsets, perfect for snorkelling, kayaking and other water activities. 98% of the patrons were super friendly.

There is no milk provided, only sachet creamers. The breakfast is same old same old, pool towels needs to be returned by 6pm. A lot of drunks tourists, in the same pool as kids. There should be a separate children’s pool for safety of everyone. Tourist smoking/ vaping everywhere. Service a bit slow as well. Water activities were not part of the hotel service, you have to pay them separate but this doesn’t get advised on the time of booking. Overall, hotel seemed a bit tired, needs a bit of a uplif, but was ok for the price paid.

What was the highlight of The Naviti Resort

The grounds are large and well kept, good supply of kayaks and nice pool.

1. The staff were very indifferent. I booked 2 rooms, for 4 adults and 3 children. They gave us two rooms, one with a double bed the other with two singles. I repeat- there were 7 of us. They eventually sorted it out with rooms with the right bed arrangement but blamed booking.com, and offered no apology at all. 2. A’s most guests are on all inclusive (great if you drink 1000$ of local beer in a week) the staff serving do not seem to care, and not only take ages with orders for ala cartel meals but also at the pool bar they do not seem to know how to be welcoming. 3. The food in the main restaurant is pretty poor by any standards. Breakfast ok but any meat or fish meal will be guaranteed to be over cooked, bland and can take ages to arrive. To put this in perspective, we went to sister resort Warwick and had 2 good meals there with warm welcoming staff. Our second week was at the double tree Hilton which again was chalk and cheese with the staff and food at this resort. If you’re happy enough with all you can eat over cooked buffet meals then this resort will suit you.
